We realize that your time is very important, and strive to adhere tightly to our schedules. Pease try to be on time to your appointment and give the office at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment time.
Please be courteous! Dr. Peine and Dr. House have a long waiting list. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let the office know as soon as possible. With the exception of emergencies and other unusual circumstances, you will be billed $100 for appointment no-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
